My Story...

Together, we'll navigate this path and embrace a realistic perspective. My approach is grounded in providing genuine support, helping you heal, adjusting expectations, and gaining a deeper understanding of neurodivergent development: no unicorns and rainbows, just practical guidance and meaningful growth.

With a diverse background,
I bring a wealth of experience to my work.
Hello, I'm Adrianne! I was diagnosed as autistic at the age of 34, and since then, I've embarked on a transformative journey of self-discovery and growth. Drawing from my personal experiences and over 15 years of experience in healthcare and private practice, I am dedicated to empowering autistic individuals and their families.
Through my experiences with anxiety, masking, and depression, I've gained valuable insights that have shaped my unique perspective on life. I believe in a grounded and authentic approach focused on fostering improved relationships, promoting understanding and support, and enhancing emotional well-being, self-awareness, and overall quality of life.
As a compassionate consultant, coach, and nurse, I aim to create a safe and trustworthy space where clients can explore their strengths, navigate challenges, and align their lives with their values and goals. I integrate holistic nursing practices, evidence-based research, and the voices of the autistic community to inform my approach.
Drawing from my personal experiences and professional knowledge, I am well-equipped to motivate and empower others toward positive change. My ultimate goal is to advocate for more compassionate and inclusive spaces within the greater community. I believe in the power of education, empathy, and empowerment to create positive change and foster a society that embraces neurodiversity.
How do I define myself professionally?
Words from clients
Adrianne is a very real and right-in-the-trenches, experienced neurodivergent mother and parent guide. As a mom, I can honestly say learning alongside and from Adrianne has been a 'just right' fit for our family.
Once Adrianne was by our side, I had more confidence to learn about myself and our children while sticking by my 'best for our family' parenting choices through our bumpy, real-life journey with our neurodifferences. I highly recommend Adrianne as a Parent Coach or Guide! Adrianne is a good person to help any intense, real, neurodivergent family effect change and growth that works for them! Thanks, Adrianne, for being there and sharing with our family!
Sarita - mom of three autistic-PDA kids
Adrianne is warm, engaging and inviting; her understanding of the autistic brain made it easy for me to learn.
She was adaptable to my unique learning style… Adrianne can explain things in such a way that I’d feel and think, “That makes so much sense; why isn’t this taught to everyone?”. I will miss sessions with Adrianne deeply, and I am so glad that I can check in should I run into any issues and need help. I love that Adrianne uses a developmental approach. I didn’t have to force my son to be where he ‘should be’ but instead was able to honour where he was developmentally. Life has turned 180 degrees, I put in the work, and Adrianne was there with me every step of the way.
